Here at NextGear Capital UK Ltd we are proud to announce our membership of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
The ICS are a non-profit membership organisation that work to improve the delivery of service and standards; factors that we pride ourselves on providing.
The ICS will be working alongside our welcoming Customer Service Team, headed up by Rosemary MacDonald, Customer Service Manager, in bringing a high level of service to all areas of our process.
Rosemary is absolutely thrilled with this new association.
